17. מימון הנציגים המוסמכים
(א)הוצאות הקמת משרדי הנציגים המוסמכים באזור החופשי ימומנו על ידי המועצה.
(ב)תקציב הוצאות ההחזקה והתפעול השוטף של משרדי הנציגים המוסמכים באזור יכוסה בידי המועצה.
(ג)השר יקבע את השיטה ואופן ההתחשבנות שבין המועצה לבין הגופים שיש להם נציג מוסמך באזור.
