40. פטור ממסים על מטבע חוץ
במשך כל תקופות הפטור תהיה כל מכירה או רכישה של מטבע חוץ בידי בעל זכיון ועסק באזור החופשי בקשר לפעילותו שם, פטורה מכל מס או היטל.
