6. יושב ראש המועצה
(א)המועצה תבחר את יושב הראש שלה מבין חבריה; עד לבחירה ואישור כאמור בסעיף קטן (ב) ישמש נציג השר יושב ראש המועצה.
(ב)ישיבת המועצה שבה ייבחר יושב ראש המועצה תנוהל בידי השר או בידי מי מטעמו; המינוי טעון אישור השר.
