8. סל השירותים בעבודה – דרכי ביצוע
סל השירותים בעבודה יינתן בדרך האמורה בתקנות 3 ו־11(א)(1) ו־(2) לתקנות שירותי בריאות בעבודה, אולם כל מקום באותן תקנות שנאמר ”קופת חולים“ קרי ”המבטח הרפואי“ ומקום שהתקנות האמורות מתייחסות לזיקת חברות של עובד לקופת חולים, יראו אותה לענין צו זה כזיקתו של עובד למבטח הרפואי שאצלו הסדיר לו מעבידו ביטוח רפואי.
