(א)הוראות סימן ו׳ לפרק ב׳ לחוק סדר הדין הפלילי (סמכויות אכיפה – מעצרים), התשנ״ו–1996, וסעיף 54 לחוק סדר הדין הפלילי [נוסח משולב], התשמ״ב–1982, יחולו, בשינויים המחויבים, על מעצר ועל שחרור בערובה לפי חלק זה.
