11. פנקס איגרות חוב
(א)המינהלה תנהל פנקס שבו יירשמו שמותיהם ומעניהם של בעלי איגרות החוב ושוויין הנקוב של איגרות החוב שבבעלותם.
(ב)הפנקס ישמש ראיה לכאורה לכל ענין הרשום בו.
