8. קביעת תנאים לסדרה
תיקון: תשנ״א
שר האוצר או מי שהוא הסמיך יקבע לגבי כל סדרה של איגרות חוב עניינים אלה:
(1)סוג הסדרה;
(2)יום הוצאתה;
(3)השווי הנקוב של איגגרות החוב;
(4)סך כל שוויה הנקוב;
(5)מועדי פדיון איגרות החוב;
(6)אם נקבע מחיר של סדרה בתוך טווח של מחירים – המחיר שנקבע;
(7)אם נקבע שיעור ריבית של סדרה בתוך טווח של שיעורים – השיעור שנקבע.
