תקציב שנתי של המטה לביטחון לאומי ייקבע בסעיף תקציב נפרד בחוק התקציב השנתי; הממונה על סעיף תקציב זה, לעניין החוק האמור, יהיה ראש המטה לביטחון לאומי.
