12. ביצוע ותקנות
ראש הממשלה ממונה על ביצועו של חוק זה, והוא רשאי, באישור ועדת החוץ והביטחון של הכנסת, להתקין תקנות וכללים, לפי העניין, בכל הנוגע לביצועו.
