15. סמכות כניסה
תיקון: תשס״ח
המנהל, או מי שהוסמך על ידיו לענין זה, רשאי בכל זמן סביר, להיכנס לכל מקום, למעט מקום מגורים, לשם הבטחת ביצועו של חוק זה או לשם פיקוח על קיומו, והוראות הסעיפים 19–23 לפקודת הפרוצידורה הפלילית (מאסר וחיפושים), יחולו על כניסה כאמור, ובלבד שבמקום ”שוטר“ יבוא לענין זה ”המנהל או מי שהוסמך כאמור“.
