20. ביצוע ותקנות
תיקון: תש״ס, תשס״ח
(א)שר התשתיות הלאומיות ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה והוא רשאי, בהתייעצות עם שר התחבורה והבטיחות בדרכים, למעט לעניין סעיף 2א, להתקין תקנות לביצועו.
(ב)שר המשפטים רשאי לקבוע הוראות לעניין סדרי הדיון בבקשה לביטולו של צו סגירה שיפוטי או לשינויו, לפי סעיף 1ד.
