3ז. איסור העברה, שעבוד או עיקול של אישורים
תיקון: תשפ״א, תשפ״ב, תשפ״ד־2
אישור על פי הצהרה או אישור על פי הצהרה של מכשיר צורך אנרגיה במסלול האירופי ואישור הממונה אינם ניתנים להעברה, לשעבוד או לעיקול, אלא אם כן ניתן לכך אישור מראש ובכתב מאת הממונה ובהתאם לתנאים שנקבעו באישור.
