יבואן או יצרן המעביר מכשיר צורך אנרגיה למשווק יעביר למשווק את תווית הדירוג האנרגטי עם המכשיר צורך האנרגיה אם המכשיר צורך האנרגיה מנוי בתוספת הרביעית או אם נקבעה לגביו לפי חוק זה דרישה להצגת תווית דירוג אנרגטי.
