18. מנהל כללי למרכז
(א)המועצה, באישור השר, תמנה מנהל כללי למרכז (בחוק זה – המנהל הכללי).
(ב)המנהל הכללי ימונה לתקופה של חמש שנים, ואפשר לשוב ולמנותו מחדש, באישור השר, לתקופות כהונה נוספות כאמור.
