37. תקציב
(א)המועצה תאשר את התקציב השנתי של המרכז ותגישו לשר לשם אישורו; התקציב טעון אישור שר האוצר.
(ב)שנת תקציב המרכז תהיה כשנה של תקציב המדינה.
