3ב. ניסויים שלגביהם נדרש אישור הועדה העליונה
תיקון: תשמ״ד
אלה ניסויים בני אדם, שלגביהם לא יתן המנהל אישור אלא אם כן קיבל חוות דעת מהועדה העליונה:
(1)ניסוי הנוגע למערך הגנטי של אדם;
(2)ניסוי הנוגע להפריית אשה שלא בדרך הטבע;
(3)ענין אחר שהמנהל ביקש כדי לקבוע אם קויימו הוראות תקנה 3(2).
