4א. דיווח
תיקון: תשנ״ט
(א)המנהל ידווח למנהל הכללי על ניסויים רפואיים מיוחדים שאושרו בידו, בהתאם לדרישת המנהל הכללי.
(ב)המנהל הכללי יהיה רשאי להורות כל הוראה ביחס לאופן ביצועו של ניסוי רפואי מיוחד פלוני, הנדרשת לשם שמירה על בריאות המשתתפים בניסוי ועל זכויותיהם, לרבות התניית ביצוע ניסוי בקבלת אישור מהמנהל הכללי.
