12ג. נכסים וחבויות של אבנר
תיקון: תשס״א־2
בלי לגרוע מתפקידי הקרן לפי סעיף 12, הקרן תקבל כל עודף בנכסים או תישא ביתרת החבויות מכל סוג שהוא, של אבנר כהגדרתו בחוק ביטוח רכב מנועי (ביטוח בתנאי תחרות מבוקרת, הסדרים לתקופת מעבר והוראות לענין אבנר), התשנ״ז–1997 (להלן – חוק תנאי תחרות), ובהתאם להוראות החוק האמור; הקרן תפעל כאמור בסעיף זה במועד שיקבע שר האוצר להעברת הנכסים או החבויות לפי אותו חוק.
