14. התקנון
(א)המינהלה תתקין, תוך ששה חדשים מיום מינויה, את תקנון הקרן ובו יהיו, בין השאר, הוראות בדבר פעולות הקרן, הנוהל בהגשת תביעות לקרן והטיפול בהן ודרכי הבאת שינויים בתקנון.
(ב)התקנון וכל שינוי או תיקון בו טעונים אישור שר המשפטים וועדת החוקה חוק ומשפט של הכנסת, ויפורסמו ברשומות.
