12. תחולת תקנות בתי משפט לעניינים מינהליים (סדרי דין)
האמור בפרקים ה׳, ו׳ ו־ז׳ לתקנות בתי משפט לענינים מינהליים (סדרי דין), התשס״א–2000, יחול על הליכי הדיון בבקשת שר הפנים, בשינויים המחויבים, ובלבד שאין בכך דבר שאינו מתיישב עם החוק, עם תקנות אלה או עם תקנות אחרות לפי החוק.
