104ב. איסור העברה או המחאה של בקשה לביצוע של שיק ”למוטב בלבד“
תיקון: תשע״ז
על אף האמור בכל דין, חוב הנגבה בתיק הוצאה לפועל לביצוע שיק שנמסר ”למוטב בלבד“ אינו ניתן להמחאה או להעברה לגורם שאינו הנפרע, אלא אם כן ניתנה הסכמת החייב בכתב להמחאת החוב הנגבה בתיק ההוצאה לפועל לאחר פתיחתו.
