תיקון: תשמ״ט, תשס״ט
בתכוף לאחר הגשת הבקשה לביצועו של השטר, ימציא מנהל לשכת ההוצאה לפועל לחייב אזהרה לפי סעיף 7 לחוק, ערוכה לפי טופס 2 שבתוספת הראשונה; באזהרה יפורטו פרטים מלאים של השטר.
