107. תשלום אגרות
תיקון: תשמ״ד, תשמ״ט, תשס״ט
(א)המגיש בקשה לביצוע שטר ישלם עם הגשת טופס הבקשה את האגרה הקבועה בפריט (א)(6) של התוספת לתקנות ההוצאה לפועל (אגרות, שכר והוצאות), התשכ״ח–1968.
(ב)הוגשה התנגדות לביצוע הבקשה ובית המשפט קיבל את ההתנגדות, ישלם מבקש הביצוע את האגרה האמורה בתקנה 4 לתקנות בתי המשפט (אגרות), התשס״ז–2007.
