10ד. פרסום באתר האינטרנט של הממונה הארצי
תיקון: תשע״ט־2
(א)רשות האכיפה והגבייה תעדכן את הממונה הארצי על הודעה שפרסמה כאמור בתקנה 10ג באופן מקוון באמצעות מערכת ממוחשבת כפי שיורה הממונה הארצי.
(ב)כל אדם רשאי לבצע באתר האינטרנט של הממונה הארצי בדיקה של הודעות שפורסמו כאמור בתקנה 10ג בדרך של שאילתה לפי מספר תעודת הזהות של המנוח.
