123א. עיקול ללא בקשת זוכה
תיקון: תשנ״ה, תשס״ט, תש״ע־2, תש״ע־4, תשע״ד, תש״ף־2
(א)הורה רשם ההוצאה לפועל, בלא בקשת זוכה, על עיקול בידי צד שלישי תישלח הודעה על כך לצד השלישי ולזוכה.
(ב)הורה רשם ההוצאה לפועל על עיקול כאמור בתקנת משנה (א) והתנהל התיק במסלול מקוצר או במסלול מזונות, לא תישלח הודעה לזוכה.
