17. תיק אלקטרוני
תיקון: תשס״ט
(א)בקשת ביצוע ומצורפיה ייסרקו ויתויקו בתיק אלקטרוני שיינתן לו המספר הסידורי של הבקשה (בתקנה זו – תיק אלקטרוני).
(ב)כל בקשה, הליך או מסמך הנוגעים לתיק האלקטרוני ייסרקו, יתויקו בתיק ויקבלו מספר סידורי.
(ג)כל החלטה שניתנה בתיק הבקשה, תוקלד לתיק האלקטרוני.
(ד)התיק האלקטרוני יכלול דף חשבון שבו יירשמו כל הסכומים הנזקפים לזכותו או לחובתו של החייב על חשבון החוב הפסוק, בציון האסמכתה לכך.
