22ג. הודעה על הטלת הגבלה
תיקון: תשס״ט־2
נכנסה לתוקף הגבלה, תישלח הודעה על כך לגורמים המפורטים בצו ההגבלה; הודעה כאמור תישלח בכל דרך לרבות באמצעות תקשורת בין מחשבים; בהודעה כאמור יצוינו שם החייב ומספר תעודת הזהות שלו, מספר תיק ההוצאה לפועל, מספר ההליך שבו ניתנה ההגבלה, מועד מתן ההגבלה ותאריך פקיעתה ככל שקבע הרשם.
