23ג. מסירת מידע לזוכה על כתובת החייב והשימוש בו
תיקון: תש״ע־4
(א)מנהל לשכת ההוצאה לפועל ימסור לזוכה את המידע בדבר כתובת החייב שנמסר לו כאמור בסעיף 7ב(א1) לחוק.
(ב)שוכנע רשם ההוצאה לפועל כי המידע שהתקבל בדבר כתובתו של החייב נכון, רשאי הוא לשנות את כתובתו של החייב בתיק בהתאם למידע שהתקבל; הודעה על החלטת הרשם תומצא לזוכה ולחייב לכתובת כפי ששונתה בהחלטת הרשם.
