23ח. דרך המצאת צווים ומסירת מידע
תיקון: תש״ע־4
(א)צווים ומידע לפי סעיף 7ב לחוק יכול שיימסרו באמצעות תקשורת בין מחשבים.
(ב)מסר גורם מידע כאמור בתקנות אלה בדרך שאינה ממוכנת, יישלח המידע ללשכת ההוצאה לפועל במעטפה אטומה; פרטי המידע שיתקבלו בלשכת ההוצאה לפועל יוקלדו למערכת המיכון.
