32. מינוי ממונה
תיקון: תשמ״ו, תשנ״ב, תשס״ט
ניתן צו איחוד והחליט רשם ההוצאה לפועל למנות ממונה כאמור בסעיף 74יד לחוק, יתן לו כתב מינוי בנוסח לפי טופס 9 שבתוספת הראשונה ובו פירוט תפקידיו וסמכויותיו בהתאם לצו האיחוד ולתקנות אלה.
