37ו. אישור שפקע תוקפו
תיקון: תשנ״ב, תשס״ט
בעל אישור שתוקף אישורו הותלה או פקע מכל סיבה שהיא, יפקיד ברשות הועדה את אישורו וכן כל כתב הטלת תפקיד שבידיו ויימנע מביצוע כל פעולה הקשורה לאישור שהותלה או פקע לרבות פעולות שאושרו לפני התליית האישור או פקיעתו.
