42. עיקול מיטלטלין שהעברתם טעונה רישום
תיקון: תשס״ט
היו המיטלטלין שמבקשים את עיקולם נכסים שהעברתם טעונה רישום, ימציא מנהל לשכת ההוצאה לפועל למי שממונה על הרישום הודעה בדבר העיקול, ומי שממונה על הרישום ירשום הערה בדבר העיקול במסמכים המתאימים שבניהולו.
