57. מכירת נכסים שערכם קבוע בשוק
תיקון: תשס״ט
היו המיטלטלין נכסים שערכם קבוע בשוק, רשאי רשם ההוצאה לפועל, במקום המכירה הפומבית, להורות על מכירתם לפי ערכם בשוק, או למסרם לפי אותו ערך לזוכה לתשלום על חשבון החוב הפסוק, ובלבד שהזוכה הסכים לכך.
