59. העברת מיטלטלין
תיקון: תשס״ט, תשפ״ג־2
(א)היו המיטלטלין שנמכרו נכסים שהעברתם מרשות לרשות טעונה פעולה על ידי החייב, לרבות רישום, רשאי מנהל המכירות לעשות אותה פעולה, וידו כיד החייב.
(ב)היו המעוקלים נכסים שמתנהל לגביהם רישום על פי דין, רשאי מנהל המכירות להורות על רישום העברת הנכס לקונה, ומשהורה כן, ייעשה הרישום.
