63. הודעה לחייב
הודעה על העיקול תישלח לחייב בדואר רשום ובה יצויין כי:
(1)כל עוד לא בוטל העיקול לא תיעשה ולא תירשם באותם מקרקעין כל פעולה מרצון, למעט פדיון משכנתה, אלא בהיתר מאת בית המשפט;
(2)אם החוב הפסוק לא ישולם תוך שלושים יום מיום רישום העיקול יכול שיוצאו המקרקעין למכירה.
