72. שליחת הודעת עיקול לצד שלישי
תיקון: תשנ״ה, תשס״ט
(א)ציווה רשם ההוצאה לפועל על עיקול בידי צד שלישי, ימציא מנהל לשכת ההוצאה לפועל הודעה על כך לצד השלישי; הודעה כאמור יכול שתישלח בכל דרך, לרבות באמצעות תקשורת בין מחשבים.
(ב)היו לצד השלישי סניפים, תומצא ההודעה למשרד הראשי שלו, אלא אם כן ציווה רשם ההוצאה לפועל אחרת, מטעמים מיוחדים שיירשמו; הומצאה הודעה כאמור למשרד הראשי, יראו אותה כאילו הומצאה לכל שאר סניפיו של הצד השלישי.
