74א. תום תוקף עיקול בנקאי
תיקון: תשפ״ו
השיב תאגיד בנקאי כי החייב מנהל אצלו חשבון או השיב בדבר נכסים של החייב הנמצאים בידו וחלפה שנה ממועד סיום תחולת הצו לפי סעיף 44 לחוק או סעיף 45ג לחוק, לפי העניין, ישלח מנהל מערכת ההוצאה לפועל הודעה לזוכה כי עליו לפעול בתוך 30 ימים למימוש העיקול אחרת ייחשב הדבר כאילו ביקש הזוכה ביטול עיקול; הודעה כאמור לא תישלח אם התיק בהסדר לפי סעיף 19ב לחוק.
