21. פנייה לוועדת החריגים
(א)רופא אחראי יפנה לקבלת אישור מוועדת החריגים לביצוע אחת מהפעולות המנויות בסעיף 20(א)(1) עד (4).
(ב)נתרמת רשאית לפנות לקבלת אישור מוועדת החריגים לביצוע אחת מהפעולות המנויות בסעיף 20(א)(1) עד (4).
(ג)הוועדה תדון בפנייה לפי סעיף זה בכפוף לשיקולים בסעיף 22.
