39. מסירת מידע לנתרמת
רופא אחראי ורופא מטפל לא יגלו לתורמת מידע המזהה את הנתרמת ולא יגלו לנתרמת מידע המזהה את התורמת, אלא אם כן התורמת ייעדה מראש את הביציות שיישאבו מגופה לאותה נתרמת; ואולם הרופא האחראי והרופא המטפל רשאים למסור לנתרמת מידע על התורמת שאינו מידע מזהה, אם סברו כי קיימים טעמים המצדיקים לעשות כן.
