4. ייחוד הוראות החוק
(א)לא יבצע אדם שאיבת ביציות מתורמת, טיפול מעבדתי בביציות, הקצאת ביציות למטרת השתלה או למטרת מחקר, או השתלת ביציות, אלא לפי הוראות חוק זה.
(ב)הוראות סעיף קטן (א) לא יחולו על שאיבת ביציות מגופה של אם מיועדת, על הטיפול המעבדתי בביציות שנשאבו כאמור ועל השתלתן בגופה של אם נושאת, לצורך ביצוע הסכם לנשיאת עוברים, לפי חוק ההסכמים.
