(א)השר ממונה על ביצוע הוראות חוק זה, והוא רשאי להתקין תקנות לביצועו.
(ב)הוראות וטפסים שהורה המנהל לפי חוק זה יפורסמו באתר האינטרנט של משרד הבריאות.
