השר ימנה ועדה שתפקידה להחליט בהשגות של עוסקים על החלטות שעניינן העיקרי אינו הלכתי כמפורט להלן:
(1)החלטה לפי סעיפים 2ב ו־2ז עד 2ט;
(2)החלטות של רשויות כשרות מקומיות בעניין שירותי כשרות ואגרות.
