10ו. גמול והחזר הוצאות
תיקון: תשפ״ו
חבר ועדת ההשגות שאינו עובד המדינה, עובד גוף מתוקצב או עובד גוף נתמך, יהיה זכאי לתשלום מאת המשרד בעד השתתפות בישיבות הוועדה, בהתאם להוראות של החשב הכללי במשרד האוצר החלות לעניין חברי ועדות ציבוריות; בסעיף זה, ”עובד המדינה“, ”עובד גוף מתוקצב“ ו”עובד גוף נתמך“ – כהגדרתם בסעיף 32 לחוק יסודות התקציב.
