2יב2. השעיה או ביטול תוקף של תעודת הסמכה
תיקון: תשפ״ו
מועצת הרבנות הראשית רשאית להשעות את תוקפה של תעודת הסמכה שניתנה לפי סעיף 2יב1, או לבטלה, לאחר שנתנה לבעל התעודה הזדמנות לטעון את טענותיו, ועל יסוד אחת מעילות אלו:
(1)תעודת ההסמכה ניתנה על בסיס מידע כוזב, שגוי, מטעה או חלקי;
(2)חדל להתקיים תנאי מהתנאים למתן תעודת הסמכה לפי חוק זה.
