תיקון: תשפ״ב
מפקח לא יעשה שימוש בסמכויות הנתונות לו לפי חוק זה, אלא בעת מילוי תפקידו ובהתקיים שני אלה:
(1)הוא עונד באופן גלוי תג המזהה אותו ואת תפקידו;
(2)יש בידו תעודה חתומה בידי השר, המעידה על תפקידו ועל סמכויותיו, שאותה יציג לפי דרישה.
