9. תוספת לציון כשר
תיקון: תשס״ו, תשפ״ב, תשפ״ו
(א)יצרן או יבואן של מצרך הנושא עליו ציון שהוא כשר, לא ימכור את המצרך ולא יציעו למכירה אלא אם כן הוא ציין על המצרך את שמו של הרב המוסמך נותן תעודת ההכשר, ואם נקבע למצרך סמל תקן – המצרך נושא עליו את סמל התקן שנקבע בתעודת ההכשר שהונפקה לו.
(ב)לא נקבע סמל תקן, יסמן יצרן או יבואן של מצרך הנושא עליו ציון שהוא כשר את היותו של המצרך חלבי, בשרי או פרווה, בהתאם להוראות הממונה.
