11. ועדות ערעור
(א)שר המשפטים ימנה ועדת ערעור או ועדות ערעור לענין החלטתו של הממונה על המענקים.
(ב)ועדת הערעור תהיה בת שלושה חברים, שלפחות אחד מהם הוא איש צד״ל, בדרגה המקבילה לרב סרן בצבא הגנה לישראל.
