3. תחילת קביעה
קבעה הוועדה הרפואית לנכה דרגת נכות מיוחדת, תקבע בהחלטתה תאריך לתחילת התגמולים המיוחדים, ובלבד שלא יהיה לפני ט׳ בטבת תשל״ז (30 בדצמבר 1976); לא קבעה הוועדה הרפואית תאריך כאמור יראו את תאריך ההחלטה כתאריך לתחילת התגמולים המיוחדים.
