2. הוצאות בהשגת קיצבה או מענק
ההוצאות המפורטות להלן יראו אותן כהוצאות בהשגת קיצבה או מענק לענין החוק:
(1)שכר טרחה בעד טיפול בתביעה הן בישראל והן בחוץ לארץ, להשגת קיצבה או מענק;
(2)דמי נסיעה מישראל לחוץ לארץ לשם השגת קיצבה או מענק ושיבה לישראל;
(3)הוצאות מחיה ומגורים בעת השהיה בחוץ לארץ, לשם השגת קיצבה או מענק;
(4)הוצאות אחרות הקשורות בהשגת קיצבה או מענק.
