18. אופן הערר
(א)ערר יוגש למזכיר בשלושה העתקים ויצויינו בו נימוקי הערר.
(ב)המזכיר יעביר את הערר ליושב ראש הועדה והעתק ממנו ימסור לרשות המוסמכת – אם הוגש הערר בידי הנכה, או לנכה – אם הוגש הערר בידי הרשות המוסמכת.
